Happy Tuesday Wanderers!
I hope you are well! A few things:
1. The Annual Membership meeting will be Sunday May 4th. Details of the event are below. Your attendance is encouraged and welcomed!
2. We will hold our elections that day and nominations are taken from the floor, in addition to in advance. If you are interested in joining the GWCC Board, please let us know and/or attend May 4th. We will also be electing officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) of the board that day. For those that have not attended previously, this process typically goes smoothly and quickly. (oomph...I hope I didn't jinx that! LOL!)
3. Please answer this short survey about GWCC. It should take 1-5 minutes depending on your answers. As we begin a new cycling season we would really like to hear from you. Whether you attend the Annual meeting or not, whether you ride on Tuesdays or not. Please take a few minutes and give us your thoughts, because they matter to us.
4. The portajohn will be out for next week's Tuesday night ride in Lennon.

All GWCC members are invited to attend our Annual Membership meeting, Ride and Potluck.
When: Sunday, May 4, 2025, 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM
Where: Sent Out Community Church 11280 Lennon Rd Lennon, MI 48449
• Ride starts at 12:00 pm (Weather Permitting) NOTE: If the weather is bad, the ride will be cancelled but the Meal and Annual Membership Meeting will start at 12:00 pm • Distances of 9, 11, 21, 30 or 40 miles on your own or with small groups. (Maps Provided if Needed) • 2:30-pm Meal with GWCC Annual Membership Meeting and we need 20% of members for a quorum. If weather is not suitable for the pavilion, we will be inside Sent Out Community Church • The club will provide pulled pork. Please bring a dessert or side dish to share. • Please contact a board member if you are interested in being on the board, have a nomination or have any questions or concerns. • Feel free to invite anyone who might be interested, novice to expert riders, to all or any of these special activities. All are welcome!
