How do I join Genesee Wanderers Cycling Club?
You can join online or by mail.

To join online.

Click on "MEMBER SIGNUP" on the main menu.

To join by mail. 

Download the GWCC Application and mail it in with a check.
How do I renew my membership?

To renew your current membership:

To renew online


1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.

2. If it is time for you to renew, a red "Renew" link will appear next to the Profile link in the upper right hand corner under the banner photo. The red Renew link will also appear in the Member Summary panel on your profile page. This choice is only available if your membership is due for renewal. Clicking on the "Renew" link in either location will take you to the Member Renewal Wizard to complete the renewal process.

To renew by mail.

Download the GWCC Application and mail in with a check.
How do I update my contact information?
1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.


2. Mouse over your name in the upper right of the screen and click on Profile.


3. Under Personal Info click on Contact Info.


4. Edit your information and click Save.

How do I enter and use an alternate address?

1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.

2. Mouse over your name in the upper right of the screen and click on Profile.


3. Under Personal Info click on Contact Info.


4. Add a Secondary Address. If you check the Use this address instead of the primary address the system will use the Secondary Address if it’s not checked the Primary Address will be used. Click Save.


This can be handy if you spend the winter in a different location

How do I control what information is shown in the MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY?

Note only members have access to the Member Directory. By default it will show name, city, state, bio, email, phone and work info but no address. You can select to show more or less information or to not be listed in the directory.


1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.


2. Mouse over your name in the upper right of the screen and click on Profile.


3. Under Personal Info click on Standard Member Directory.


4. Under General Info use the Visibility dropdown list select what information is displayed to members. Click Save.

This can be handy if you spend the winter in a different location

How do I add other members of my family to my account?

1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.


2. Mouse over your name in the upper right of the screen and click on Profile.


3. Under Personal Info click on Additional Members in your Account.


4. Click on + Add. Enter the information for the family member, Click Save.


5. After adding 1 or more family members click Save on the Additional Members in Your Account screen

How do I edit information for members of my family on my account?

1. LOGIN. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot My Username/Password" below the login panel to receive your username and a new password by email.


2. Mouse over your name in the upper right of the screen and click on Profile.


3. Under Personal Info click on Additional Members in your Account.


4. Click on Pencil icon. Edit the information for the family member, Click Save.


5. Click Save on the Additional Members in Your Account screen
